Iria Oracle provides personalised tarot readings delivered digitally as personalised PDF documents. All readings are conducted manually and delivered within the stated timeframe for the package purchased.

2. Nature of Readings

Tarot readings are provided for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Readings reflect symbolic interpretation and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

No guaranteed outcomes, predictions, or results are implied or promised. Iria Oracle makes no claim to predict the future with certainty.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before a reading begins. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Paddle. Prices are listed in USD. Once payment is received and confirmed, your reading will be queued.

By completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Readings are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout and may also be accessed through the client portal on the website:

• The Signal (3 cards): within 48–72 hours
• The Reading (7 cards): within 2–4 days

Delivery timeframes begin once payment has been confirmed. Delays due to high volume or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur; clients will be notified by email if this happens.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information (name and email) at checkout
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the reading for personal use only — not redistribute or resell
• Not submit requests involving self-harm, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or requests targeting a third party without consent

6. Refunds

Because readings are personalised digital products, refunds are limited once work has begun. Please see the Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Iria Oracle shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the content of a tarot reading. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for how you interpret and act upon the insights provided.

Total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the reading in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
