Refund Policy

Digital Product — Limited Refund Window

All Iria Oracle readings are personalised digital products created manually for each individual client. Because significant time and care goes into each reading, refunds are limited once work has begun or delivery has occurred.

Because readings are custom digital services created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned once delivered.

When a Refund Is Possible

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You submitted a duplicate payment for the same order
• You paid but did not receive your reading within the stated delivery timeframe, and have not received a delay notification from us
• A technical error prevented your reading from being delivered to you

When a Refund Is Not Possible

• Work on your reading has already begun. Readings typically begin within a few hours of your order, so cancellation may no longer be possible once preparation has begun.
• Your reading has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout or made available in the client portal on the website.
• You changed your mind after payment was confirmed
• You were dissatisfied with the content of the reading. Tarot readings are interpretive and intended for personal insight. They do not guarantee specific outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, contact us within 7 days of your order date at iriaoracle@gmail.com with your order details (name, email, and date of payment).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to services.
