All Iria Oracle readings are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. No physical product will be posted to you at any time.
Your completed reading is delivered to the email address provided at checkout and can also be accessed later through the client portal on the website. The reading is sent as:
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your reading, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Delivery timeframes begin when your payment is confirmed, not when the booking form is submitted. You will receive an email notification the moment your reading is ready.
In rare circumstances (high booking volume, illness, or other unforeseen situations), delivery may be slightly delayed beyond the stated timeframe. If this happens, we will contact you by email with an update before the original deadline passes. We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.
If you have not received your reading within the stated timeframe and have not received a delay notification, please contact us at iriaoracle@gmail.com. Non-delivery due to our error qualifies for a full refund — see the Refund Policy. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrectly entered email addresses.
